Hot Christmas Toys – What are the Hot Christmas Toys that All the Kids Want this Year?

Here it is, another Christmas season, another season of popular Christmas toys that every child will be asking for. Of course they will be impossible to find. Notice this happens every year without fail? Let me give you a heads up on a few of the popular Christmas toys this year so that you can start scouring the stores for them and searching on eBay because someone bought 50 of them and are now selling them for twice or three times the price online.

Well let’s start with one that is not new but is, curiously, still hard to find and still very popular after several years. That’s the Nintendo Wii. Why is that anyway? I simply do not understand. My friend just bought one because she happened to be in the store when a shipment came in. Why in the world is that thing still so difficult to find? Surely the company can manufacture at more of a brisk pace? Well anyway, if your child is asking for a Wii, best start looking around for one so that you won’t find yourself waiting in a line later as the weeks get closer to Christmas. By the way, I will say that of all the game systems my son has, which is basically every one available for the most part, I enjoy the Nintendo Wii more than any other. In fact it’s the only one I play other than the GameCube which has my favorite game, Monkey Ball. But I digress – the Wii is popular as usual so be on the lookout for it if you need to purchase one this year. Don’t assume that because it has been out for a while it will be real easy to find.

Fisher-Price Elmo Live looks like it might be one of the hot Christmas toys this year, so go ahead and get it early if your child may want one. This is a very neat toy. Elmo speaks by opening and closing his mouth just like the “real” Elmo does (and bobs his head while he speaks), waves his arms, sits, stands, crosses his legs. He tells stories and jokes, sings songs, plays games. Little kids will really enjoy this toy.

The FurReal Friends toys include the FurReal Friends Biscuit My Lovin’ Pup and the FurReal Friends S’Mores Pony. I am going to say that if it were me and I was a kid I would be clamoring for the pony. It is so cool! When I was little I used to beg my parents for a pony. Oh how I would have loved this toy. He is big enough for a small child to ride, and he makes clip-clopping sounds and bobs his had up and down just like a real horse. He eats a carrot, moves his head, blinks his eyes, and neighs. Love this toy! Get one immediately for your horse-loving children.

Webkinz will remain popular and shouldn’t be too hard to find.

The Leapfrog Leapster looks like it will be one of the hot Christmas toys for the year. These are great and I highly recommend them. Kids will learn from this educational toy and they will also be entertained at the same time. Great combo.
