There are quite a few popular Christmas toys this year beyond the Nintendo Wii, the Elmo Live, the FurReal Friends toys, and the Webkinz. Here are more toys to consider buying early before they disappear from the shelves. If you think your child may ask for one of these, run out and get one now. It’ll make things a lot easier as it gets closer to Christmas.
Fisher-Price Disco Dancin Wubbzy. Many parents are actually loving this toy for their kids even more than the Elmo Live toy. Hard to believe huh? Wubbzy has 4 different dance moves which are the Wubbzy wiggle, the Wubbzy worm, the Wubbzy headstand, and then the Wubbzy cartwheel. He will also perform all these moves together in a grand finale. Kids will love to watch Wubbzy and also dance and jump around with him. Lots of fun.
Baby Alive Learns to Potty doll may be popular with the little girls. They can play house with her, feed her, and then she will also go potty when you put her on the potty. Personally this does not sound fun at all to me but kids are liking this one a lot.
Hasbro Playskool Busy Ball Popper is something for your toddlers to enjoy. Drop a ball onto the track and watch as the ball pops up from the top, rolls down the track, and then pops up again. Your small child will get a big kick out of it. Adults will enjoy it too on Christmas day. I remember when my son was small, it was so much fun playing with all his neat toys!
Playskool Kota My Triceratops Dinosaur. Now here is something different! A big dinosaur your kids can ride on. This is going to be one of the popular Christmas toys this year and for good reason. Where else can you hop on an animatronic baby dinosaur that stands more than three feet tall and sounds like a real live dinosaur? He responds to your child’s voice with roaring and laughing sounds, and moves his head, eyes, mouth, tail, and horn. He plays adventure-themed tunes to spark your child’s imagination. He apparently comes with a leafy snack too! What more could you ask for in a toy? Kids will love bouncing on the spring seat in this dinosaur’s back, and he has a hidden handle in the back of the neck to help your kids hold on. This is a great toy, and one I would ask for way before dolls that potty! As a matter of fact, I’m wondering who I can buy this for! Wow it looks fun to me.
